Information Planora handles

How information is used

Storage and sharing

Planner records are stored locally in SQLite. Backups are plain JSON files created only when requested and are not encrypted by Planora. Planora V1 does not automatically upload backups to Google Drive.

Google and Firebase process account information for sign-in. Gmail processes feedback sent through the Gmail API. Planora does not read your inbox, sell personal information, or automatically share planner content with a Planora server. Planora follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Permissions

Photo library, notifications, and files are used only for the features you choose. Gmail send-only access lets Planora send the message you composed; it does not allow Planora to read, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. You can revoke Gmail access from your Google Account. Planora relies on device security and encrypted connections from Google, Firebase, and Gmail. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to dikaprp@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Planora's features or data practices change. The latest effective date appears at the top of this page.
